At PampangaFlowerShop.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all items are accurately represented as shown on our website. However, variations may occur due to availability.

Substitutions

To guarantee timely delivery, substitutions may be required for your selected flower arrangement or gift. We take great care to ensure that your order closely matches the requested item. If your chosen gift is unavailable, it may be replaced with another of equal or greater value, maintaining the same theme and category.

For flower arrangements, substitutions in color may occur if the requested shade is not available. Additionally, items such as baskets, vases, teddy bears, and chocolates may be substituted based on size, color, shape, or brand if the original item is out of stock.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most locations within the Philippines. However, if the delivery address is in a remote area or not covered by our courier service, the recipient may be required to pick up the item from the nearest courier office. In such cases, both the recipient and the buyer will be notified.

Shipping charges apply regardless of whether the item is delivered or picked up, as we incur shipping costs to send the item to the nearest courier office.

Delivery Timing

While exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to deliver on the specified day. You may request delivery during the morning, afternoon, or evening, but please note that couriers do not commit to specific timeframes.

PampangaFlowerShop.com is not liable for any delays or non-delivery of items for any reason. In no event shall we be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages. If you are not satisfied with the item, it may be replaced within 3 working days of delivery, provided the recipient returns the item; however, refunds will not be issued.

Multiple Merchants

Please note that some of our products are sourced from various merchants. If you order items from different merchants, deliveries may arrive at different times on your specified date. If you prefer all items to be delivered together, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate this request.

Delivery Authorization

Our courier team is authorized to deliver to anyone present at the specified delivery address, not just the recipient. If the recipient is unavailable, anyone at the address may accept and sign for the item.

Weather and Address Issues

Delivery guarantees may be suspended during extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain. Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may cause delays. If the recipient's address is incorrect, the item will not be delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
